We are informing you, which personal information we are collecting during your visit on our website. Also we explain for what kind of purpose we use this data. The collection, storage and use of personal data is only under terms of the data privacy law (GDPR).

On our webpage we offer you different ways to contact us. Phone call, e-mail or contact form.

In case you contact us, we use your personal data only in order to offer you a comprehensive service. Therefore, we need to save your data to process your inquiry according Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

The same applies, if you take part in any of our lucky draws, where we will also need your contact information.

We will delete your data by your request and/or after the period for safekeeping according to the filing obligations has been expired.

To protect your data we have taken technical and organizational steps to protect against wilful or accidental manipulation and access by unauthorized persons. However, we warn you that internet based data transfer still have their security loopholes. These loopholes cannot be completely protected against third parties’ access.

If you are afraid to contact us by internet based communication (e-mail, contact form) you still can choose alternative ways to transfer us personal related data (example phone call or by post).

5. Lucky Draws

On our websites we offer you the possibility to participate in lucky draws. The personal data in the process of participation, which can be found in the entry form, are:

The data collected is used and processed entirely for the purpose of organising and processing the lucky draw. This data is collected with your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
The data will only be stored for the duration of the lucky draw, after which it will be deleted, however no later than 1 month after the end of the lucky draw.

6. Newsletter

We offer on our website the possibility to register for a newsletter.
The personal data in the course of the registration, which can be seen from the input mask, are:

The collected data are collected and processed exclusively for the organization, processing and performance measurement of the newsletter. A passing on to third does not take place. The collection of these data takes place with your consent acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, Art. 7 DSGVO i.V.m § 7 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 UWG or if no consent is required based on our legitimate interests in direct marketing acc. Art. 6 para. 1 lt. F. DSGVO i.V.m. § 7 Abs. 3 UWG.

The sent newsletters contain promotional information about our products, services and our company. Shipping is only carried out with the consent of the recipient to the specified content.

We use a double opt-in procedure at registration. Upon registration, a confirmation email will be sent to prevent you from logging in with a third-party e-mail. After confirmation, the login and confirmation times and the IP address are saved for logging purposes. This is necessary for a legal proof of the registration process.

The data will be saved until the newsletter is unsubscribed, after which they will be deleted. To ensure the protection of your data, we have implemented numerous technical and organizational measures. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that Internet-based data transmission can in principle have gaps and complete protection of this transmission can not be guaranteed.

You can revoke the newsletter and your consent to the storage of the data at any time. At the end of each newsletter, this link is inserted. As evidence of prior consent, the data logged by the Double-Opt-In procedure may be retained for up to 3 years. A deletion of this data is possible at any time through an individual request, if in return a confirmation of the formerly given consent is given.

For the purpose of measuring success, our server uses so-called “web-beacon”. These are small graphics that contain technical information such as IP address, browser, operating system, and polling time, which we evaluate to improve our service. From this data we determine target groups, access times, open links, whether the newsletter was opened, from which location the newsletter was opened. Basically, it is technically possible to assign this information to the respective recipients, but this is not in our interest to look at our subscribers individually.

Unfortunately, this procedure can not be revoked separately. It is only possible to revoke all consent to the newsletter.

Purchase of spare parts and accessories

We offer you the opportunity to contact us on our website for the purpose of purchasing spare parts and accessories. The personal data in the course of this contact can be seen from the entry form.
If you contact us for this reason, the personal data you provide will be stored for the purpose of establishing contact, processing and handling the return of goods (RMA).
The basis for this storage and processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO – Implementation of (prior to) contractual measures.
We will delete the data of your request as soon as storage and archiving is no longer required in accordance with the statutory archiving obligations.

If you have any concerns about contacting us via the Internet, you are free to transmit personal data by alternative means such as telephone or post.

8. Webhosting

We are using the company Alfahosting GmbH, Ankerstraße 3b, 06108 Halle (Saale), Deutschland, as our webhosting. They provide us the connection, storage, content management and database as well as server software and server maintenance work.

We have legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Abs. 4 lit. f. DSGVO for secure and smooth operation of our webpage and e-mail communication.

For this demand Alfahosting is processing users’ data, which will be generated by visiting and using our webpage.

9. Serverlogs

We and/or our Webhosting accumulated with each visit to our webpage access details. These data will be stored as so called server log files.

Data stored contains following information:

last visited webpage (so called „referrer url”)

We have legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Abs. 4 lit. f. DSGVO for secure and smooth operation of our webpage. Saving these data is for security reasons and also to help for cyber-attacks or unlawful clarifications. The data will be stored maximum of 14 days and after that deleted, if there is no need for any clarifications.

10. Cookies

Our webpage makes use of what are known as “cookies”, which are small text files saved by your browser. These serve to record the frequency of use and the numbers of visits to our website. It helps us to optimize our present to you and providing the information during your visit in more convenient way.

We have legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Abs. 4 lit. f. DSGVO for analysing and optimizing our webpage. Therefore, we are using Google Analytics, which is a service tool from the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA.

Using this service tool data will be transferred to USA and proceed. Google is certified by EU-US Privacy Shield convention:

Google Analytics uses „cookies“, which are small text files placed on your computer to help us analysing how visitors are using our webpage. The information generated by cookie how visitors using our webpage will be normally transmitted and stored by Google USA server.

We are using Google Analytics only with activated IP anonymization. IP addresses from EU or other signatory countries in the European economic zone will be abbreviate before send to Google. Only in exceptional cases full IP addresses will be send to Google USA server but still abbreviated there.

Google will use this information on our behalf for purely statistical purposes of evaluating visitors’ use of our webpage and provide us with other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google will not associate the IP address transferred by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics with any other data held by Google.

Visiting our webpage with embedded videos the YouTube video will be downloaded by the visitors’ browser. During this procedure YouTube will be informed, which webpage the visitor is visiting.

If the visitor is logged in with his YouTube account at the same time, YouTube can verify also the subpages, where the video is embedded. It doesn’t matter, if the video has been clicked or not.

If visitors want to prevent this happen you need to log out from your YouTube account before visiting our webpage.
